WHAT DO PEOPLE SAY ABOUT YOQI®?

user 1

Marisa has changed by life with yoqi. Practicing qi-gong is is meditative exercise. My whole body feels better after practicing. All of her videos are excellent, but my favorite is the lung video in the winter. You won't be disappointed.

Angie Russell

user 2

I have watched several videos by Marissa. She has a very engaging presentation of yoga qigong combination that is very stimulating and refreshing. Recommended.

user 3

I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. I believe I expected more yoga poses and stretching incorporated with Qigong breathing - while some yoga and Qigong moves are entwined together - it is more like Qigong workouts I have seen as opposed to Yoga.
