The YOQI® style of Qigong is called Qigong Flow. Qigong Flow connects a sequence of repetitive movements (called progressive loops) that are designed to move your Qi in specific directions. These directions correspond to the five elements of Chinese medicine and are designed to balance our organs, meridians and energy field.
