An evening routine to wind down your energy at the end of the day.
This sequence begins with spiral movements to unwind the arms, shoulders, neck and spine. Then progresses into flows that balance the kidneys and heart (water and fire) to release cortisol, calm the nervous system and nourish the heart spirit. The routine ends with Drawing Down the Heavens with the Heeee sound to promote a good nights sleep.
