Meditating during the full moon is a time of great spiritual potential for transformation and profound stillness. The Autumn Moon in particular is considered the most powerful moon in the whole year. At this pivotal transition time to Yin the outstanding Autumn moon rises early in the sky, and appears extra large and bright. It's potent energy has a direct effect on our spirit, blood and Qi. In Qigong, the yang energy effect of a full moon is considered the optimal time cultivate your Shen, or Spirit and open your Central Channel.


This Full Moon Meditation begins with Qigong energy warm ups and ends in a Neigong sequence to empower your Central Meridian with moonlight. It's a great way to purge, tonify and raise your vibration.
