(27 min) WINTER SERIES: BARE AWARENESS MEDITATION
The energy of winter is closing and storage. All of nature becomes still and is in a state of hibernation. Therefore it’s also time for us to conserve our energy, reflect inwards and cultivate our true nature. Of all the Qigong practices for winter, meditation is the most suitable. The foundation of all meditation is cultivating awareness through a balance of concentration and relaxation. This meditation uses a skillful sequence of observation techniques based on the five senses and organs of perception. At the end of the meditation we finish with a short self massage to nourish our Qi.
