Circulation Qigong flows irrigate the meridian pathways, nourish the tissues, energize organs, recycle energy, and build internal power and strength. It is suggested to cleanse and strengthen the Qi sufficiently in your body before circulating it. For most people, doing a few purging and tonification exercises is a sufficient way to prepare the body for circulation, and these are included in the beginning of this routine.
Qigong circulation practices for the late summer season focus on promoting a smooth flow of Qi that is connected to the earth element. The Earth Phase controls stability, mental focus and vitality. This sequence uses a set of Qigong flow progressive loops that is designed to build Qi in the Lower Dantian and empower your central meridian. You will learn how to draw energy into the Lower Dantian from the forces of Heaven and Earth, energy ball techniques and how to create the “golden elixir pill” with nature's essence.
