In this routine, we focus on cultivating your Foundation Qi by supporting the organs at the root of health: the Spleen, Lungs, and Kidneys. These three systems are responsible for energy production, immunity, and inner stability. We’ll also grow energy in your Three Dantian and circulate it through your Central Meridian Channel, grounding you in your center and connecting you to the greater flow of life.

At its core, tonification is an act of self-love. This practice includes gentle self-massage, healing hugs, and mindful breathwork—simple tools that nourish your whole being with kindness and care.
