Yi Jin Jing (Long Form)
Updated version
Strengthen your tendons, improve your posture, boost your Qi power, and transform your body from the inside out.
Spring is the ideal season to add the Shaolin Yi Jin Jing to your weekly training. Yi Jin Jing is a time‑tested hard Qigong method that uses coordinated tension‑and‑release postures with a focused hissing breath. This combination generates powerful Qi flow and promotes strong, healthy circulation through the tendons and joints.
The practice includes two versions: a Short Form for beginners and a traditional Long Form. Start with the Short Form three times a week for your first week. Then switch to the Long Form three times a week for the following two weeks. With just three weeks of consistent practice, most people notice a significant increase in tendon strength, physical power, and overall stamina.
