Dragon Series: Swimming Dragon Yin

This routine is part of the YOQI® dragon series, Each routine is designed to cultivate a different aspect of your internal dragon. The Swimming Dragon Yin routine focuses on nourishing the Yin energy in the kidneys and liver. Therefore, it is a tonifying routine that will strengthen your qi and increase longevity.

In TCM the yin aspect of the liver is to moisturize and store the liver blood. If the blood is not hydrated, it becomes dry, sticky and stagnant which can cause toxicity and put stress on the heart. When the liver Qi is weak, we do not have the energy to rise up and take action. There is a feeling of "being stuck" or without purpose in life, which can lead to depression. So these Qigong Flows are great for women to support healthy menstruation and for men to support their kidney qi and life essence. An anti-aging exercise, it benefits both men and women to support longevity and feel empowered.

Favorite featured flows include Luo Han Bows Down, Looking Back to Remove Fatigue and Swimming Dragon Yin.
